Media Portal - Open Source HTPC Frontend

Decided to look for a HTPC frontend to autostart from a special HTPC-account on my computer (yeah, tired of manually changing settings and starting players etc). I found Media Portal on Sourceforge - a bit unfinished yet, but really promising and quite useful in its current release. A lot of inspiration has come from Windows XP Media Center Edition.

Nvidia drivers strike again x-(

Installed the newest Nvidia drivers - a bit apprehensive since my last Nvidia update attempt a couple of months ago resulted in installing drivers that broke Terminal Service. Sure enough - this time the malfunction was black and white only on TV out. Nvidia's really going downhill I think, selling low-end cards with names design to fool consumers and releasing broken drivers repeatedly...

WTF are ward170 and ward180?

Got a little suspicious when I found two programs in my Add/Remove programs list named Ward170-I386 and Ward180. No hits on Google for either...

After a bit of hard drive searching I finally realized they were WAR-FTP installations. How about if people could be a little more descriptive in their descriptions?

Add/Remove Programs problem

Got value creation failed " at line 521 when trying to open the Control Panel applet Add/Remove Programs in XP. Turns out something to do with themes causes this. When I switch to the vanilla XP theme Add/Remove programs works, when I switch to, for instance, the Milk theme it doesn't work. To make things even stranger, this problem is only present on my home computer not at work, even though the same theme files are installed on both computers...
